Implement improvements in storage and traceability processes. **Job Objective:** Ensure accuracy, availability, and traceability of medical supplies, medications, wound care materials, and high-specialty materials through continuous inventory monitoring, control, and analysis. This role is essential to guarantee timely supply to clinical and operational hospital areas, optimize resources, and minimize losses due to expiration, shrinkage, or recording errors. **Main Responsibilities:** * Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels for wound care materials, medical devices, and high-specialty materials. * Schedule and prepare purchase orders according to maximum and minimum stock levels, turnover rates, and delivery lead times. * Conduct and document cyclic and physical inventories, identifying discrepancies between physical stock and system records. * Track expiration dates and issue alerts for products nearing expiry. * Collaborate with Procurement and Pharmacy departments on consumption analysis and projections. * Implement improvements in storage, ordering, and traceability processes. * Supervise proper coding, labeling, and placement of materials. * Prepare reports on turnover, consumption, and variances, anticipating potential stockouts. * Participate in internal audits and follow up on corrective actions. **Profile Requirements:** * **Education:** Technical or university degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Accounting Technician. * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years in inventory control, preferably within healthcare institutions. * **Knowledge:** Proficiency in inventory management systems, supply control, and material traceability. **Skills and Personal Qualities:** * Organized, responsible individual with a strong sense of integrity. * Good visual memory and numerical mental agility. * Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively in teams. * Punctuality, proactivity, and commitment to continuous learning. * Excellent personal presentation and sense of belonging.
