




Job Summary: This role focuses on quotation management, order tracking, and customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and resolution of requests. Key Responsibilities: 1. End-to-end quotation management and order tracking 2. Proactive customer service and follow-up 3. Resolution of customer requests and suggestions **Responsibilities:** * Preparation, dispatch, and tracking of all company quotations. * Verification of fulfillment for purchase orders issued by medical specialists, as well as direct departmental requests. * Development and follow-up of customer satisfaction surveys. * Tracking of customer back orders. * Follow-up on customer requests and suggestions until resolution. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Administrative Sciences, Marketing, or Industrial Engineering **(degree obtained or currently completing graduation requirements).** * Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or similar roles. * Intermediate or advanced Excel proficiency. **Compensation & Benefits:** * Salary: MXN 10,610 plus MXN 920 food vouchers. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * Statutory benefits. * **OUR RECRUITMENT AND SELECTION PROCESS IS FULLY NON-DISCRIMINATORY AND BASED ON EQUAL OPPORTUNITY.** * **WE DO NOT REQUIRE MEDICAL CERTIFICATES CONFIRMING NON-PREGNANCY OR HUMAN IMMUNODEFICIENCY VIRUS (HIV) STATUS.**
