




At N&N Products, we are seeking a Project Manager A professional with over 8 years of verifiable experience in the design, management, and execution of projects oriented toward controlled environments within the dietary supplement and/or pharmaceutical industry. Capable of leading multidisciplinary teams, coordinating procurement, product development, logistics, and plant operations, ensuring efficient, safe solutions aligned with regulatory standards. Responsibilities: * Uses project management tools (such as Microsoft Project) and identifies, analyzes, and controls risks. * Monitors performance and evaluates project progress, updating the project schedule daily. * Identifies risks promptly, communicates them, and establishes mitigation strategies. * Facilitates effective communication among different teams and organizational levels, and generates reports on project status. At the operational level, communicates progress, issues, and changes to project stakeholders. * Continuously seeks ways to improve the project management process and optimize project performance. * Ensures projects comply with established quality standards. * Ensures effective communication among different disciplines and project stakeholders. * Manages the human and material resources required to carry out project tasks efficiently. Profile Requirements - Over 8 years of verifiable experience in the design, management, and execution of projects in the pharmaceutical, food, or dietary supplement industry. - Communication, organizational, and leadership skills. - Proactive and autonomous. - Project coordination. - Coordination and communication skills with other specialties. - Proficiency in MS Office Project. - Intermediate English. Academic Requirements - Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or Project Management. - Knowledge of PMP (PMP certification preferred). Job Type: Full-time Salary: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
