Description

The AC is a supporting role for the Account Management Team. Those duties will include, but not exclusive to: Data Entry, creating job packets. Managing small customer orders from order entry through punch list if applicable (transactional), Managing the Account Manager’s Work from Home programs and delivering accurate and timely service to customers. The AC will be an opportunity to learn should an opening become available on the AM Team, then they can apply for that position. **Duties:** * Communicates order status, scheduling of orders for delivery/installation, and punch list resolution to customers, and account managers. * Provides accurate and timely response to customer questions on all aspects of Work Orders. * Handles the AMS (Agile Mobile Service future) \& Work from Home programs * Initiates and oversees deliveries and installations; provides order management on all work, including large projects. * Analyzes order requirements, details scope of work, requests service pricing and schedules work with dispatcher for deliveries and small installations. * Communicates with customer on schedule of work, site requirements and project parameters for deliveries and small installations. * Communicates with field staff regarding project details. * Manages customer sign\-offs for all assigned work orders. * Manages invoices for all product and service work for assigned Work Orders. * Manages Job registrations for union reporting. * Invoicing Reports, Project close outs * Printing schedules. * Attend all AM meetings and taking notes * Pulling permits COIs, keeping track of needed docs * Inventory pulls from Assets, disposition of asset * Scheduling Equipment pulls * Scheduling Touch \-up * Project filing, all pictures and necessary docs * Reviewing RTs with the whs team * Asset returns to make sure of disposition **Requirements:** * Working in the office at least three days a week * Proficient in all MS Office programs * Good communication and time management * Organizational skills * Communication skills Job Type: Full\-time Pay: $5,000\.00 \- $6,000\.00 per week Work Location: In person
