**Key Functions and Responsibilities**
**Leadership and Organizational Culture**
* Foster team cohesion, motivation, and commitment.
* Build trust-based relationships that strengthen decision-making.
* Identify staff development opportunities and growth areas.
* Design and implement training and onboarding programs for supervisors, technicians, and internal/external customers.
**Operational and Quality Management**
* Provide comprehensive supervision of coordinators and Integrated Services (SI) supervisors.
* Ensure compliance with policies, environmental regulations, safety standards, and ISO 9001:2015\.
* Implement preventive improvements and changes arising from audits.
* Respond to emergencies and critical requests 24/7, ensuring operational continuity.
**Strategic Planning and Expansion**
* Define departmental objectives, KPIs, and action plans.
* Design continuous improvement and expansion strategies in collaboration with Commercial and Operations Management.
* Authorize the launch of new services and consignments aligned with institutional strategy.
**Commercial Management and Information Analysis**
* Consolidate and analyze sales data, historical consumption, and customer satisfaction surveys.
* Prepare strategic reports for Commercial Management and Government Sales Management.
* Track public tenders and communicate progress to internal stakeholders.
* Facilitate the introduction of new products and protocols into public hospitals.
* Analyze consumption trends to anticipate customer needs.
**Administrative and Internal Support**
* Approve requests for supplies, materials, and medical equipment.
* Coordinate administrative procedures for staff with HR and Finance departments.
* Maintain quantitative and qualitative records for audits.
* Validate weekly and monthly reports on sales, consumption, and incidents.
* Represent the department before suppliers, hospitals, and public-sector clients.
* Collaborate with other management units to ensure accuracy across the sales and service cycle.
**Requirements**
* Bachelor’s degree or engineering degree in Administrative, Health, or Public Relations fields (degree certificate required)
* Flexible working hours
* Willingness to travel frequently
* Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions
* Experience managing teams
* Experience coordinating both in-person and remotely
