Project with high organizational impact A prominent hardware-sector company, recognized as one of the best in the Bajío region, is seeking an HR Generalist or Operational Recruiter with solid experience and a strategic mindset to build the HR function from the ground up. Requirements: \- Bachelor's degree in Organizational Psychology (mandatory) \- Minimum 3 years of verifiable experience as HR Manager \- Full proficiency in psychometric testing \- Availability to work in Amozoc \- Flexible working hours \- Personal vehicle preferred (not mandatory) \- Strong sense of responsibility, organization, and leadership Responsibilities: \- Recruitment and selection of administrative and operational (field) personnel \- Administration and interpretation of psychometric tests (ZAVIC, Cleaver, Therman) \- File compilation and contract preparation \- Conducting socioeconomic studies (as required) \- Incident tracking and payroll preprocessing \- Development of job descriptions and operational manuals \- Design of compensation plans \- Creation of career development plans \- Development and implementation of performance indicators (KPIs) \- Full establishment of the HR department from scratch We Offer: \- Competitive base salary \- Statutory benefits \- Opportunity for professional growth and development \- Project with high organizational impact If you have experience leading HR processes and seek a professional challenge where you can build and leave your mark, apply through this channel.
