Develop strategies to reduce turnover and strengthen workplace climate **Education:** * Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Administration, or related field. * Specialization in Organizational Development, Human Capital, or Labor Relations is desirable. **Experience:** * 4 years in Human Resources positions. * Prior experience creating or structuring processes from scratch, expansion, or during organizational change. * Experience in retail, distribution, or multi-unit companies is desirable. **Key Responsibilities:** * Structure the Human Resources department and establish internal processes. * Design and implement organizational policies, templates, and procedures. * Lead talent attraction and retention strategies. * Supervise recruitment processes and vacancy coverage. * Create onboarding and staff integration processes. * Develop strategies to reduce turnover and strengthen workplace climate. * Implement administrative controls and incident tracking. * Establish KPIs and executive reports for Management. * Monitor compliance with legal and labor regulations. * Serve as liaison between employees and Management. * Actively participate in the company’s professionalization and growth. **We Offer:** * Working hours: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm * Monday to Friday * Statutory benefits * Location: Santa Cruz los Ángeles, Puebla, Pue.
