Maintain constant communication with branch managers and internal departments. **Job Objective** Support the administrative supervision and daily operational monitoring of branches, ensuring compliance with internal protocols, quality standards, customer service standards, and performance tracking of staff to contribute to continuous improvement. **Functions and Responsibilities** * Provide administrative support and follow-up on operational incidents reported by branches. * Monitor implementation of customer service standards. * Identify operational improvement areas and propose corrective actions. * Prepare periodic performance and compliance reports. * Maintain constant communication with branch managers and internal departments. **Job Profile** **Education:** Completed Bachelor’s degree in Administration or related field. **Experience:** 1 year in a similar position. Experience in the food industry. Personnel management experience. **Knowledge:** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Intermediate Excel). * Document control and archiving. * Inventory management. **Skills:** * Organization and attention to detail. * Confidentiality and professional ethics. * Teamwork. * Effective communication. * Proactivity.
