Job Summary: Contributes to the design, implementation, and optimization of operational processes using AI, coordinating the development of technological solutions with IT vendors. Key Highlights: 1. Improvement of process efficiency in production and operations **JOB OBJECTIVE**: Contribute to the design, implementation, and optimization of operational processes through the use of artificial intelligence tools, coordinating the development of technological solutions with IT vendors, in order to integrate, automate, and improve process efficiency across various company departments—especially in production and operations. **REQUIREMENTS** * Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree in Computer Systems, Informatics, or related field. * Intermediate proficiency in software such as Microsoft 365, SQL Server, Power Apps. * Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and Programming. * Familiarity with JavaScript, MongoDB, Laravel, Python. * Intermediate English. * Knowledge of process modeling (BPMN, flowcharts). **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Elicit, map, and document current processes (primarily in production and operations). * Identify opportunities for improvement, bottlenecks, and processes suitable for automation. * Propose improvements based on operational efficiency and AI utilization. * Design AI use cases applicable to internal processes. * Participate in defining functional specifications for system modules integrating AI. * Coordinate with IT vendors. * Train users on new technological tools. * Ensure proper adoption of implemented solutions. **EXPERIENCE** * Minimum 2 years in: * Process analysis and improvement (preferably in production or manufacturing). * System implementation (ERP, CRM, MES, or similar). * Automation or digital transformation projects. **WORK CONDITIONS** * Work location: Teolocholco, Tlaxcala * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM Employment type: Full-time Salary: $13,000.00 - $16,000.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Employee discount * Company parking * Option for indefinite-term contract * Meal vouchers Education: * Completed bachelor’s degree (Mandatory) Language: * English (Desirable) Workplace: On-site employment
