Become part of our team as an ***ANESTHESIA ASSISTANT*** for the ***ESTERINOVA PUEBLA UNIVERSITY HOSPITAL*** ***PLEASE READ THE POSITION DETAILS CAREFULLY*** **Requirements:** * Nursing Technician or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, with official diploma and professional license **MANDATORY**, or currently completing graduation with verifiable documentation. ***Responsibilities:*** * Ensure optimal operation of anesthesia equipment during each surgical procedure. * Support the anesthesiologist (providing necessary supplies and medications). * Record patient information in the system for each case. * Clean medical equipment and machinery. * Conduct inventory checks when required. * Professional experience in hospitals within GENERAL NURSING, RESPIRATORY THERAPY, or INHALATION THERAPY in healthcare settings. * Minimum experience in operating rooms (social service or professional internships). * Passion for patient care. * Frustration tolerance. * Sense of urgency. **We offer:** * Base monthly salary of $9,500 (gross). * Monthly productivity bonus of $3,300 (subject to performance metrics, after probation period). * Statutory benefits from day one. * 5% savings fund contribution. * Uniforms. * Monthly food vouchers worth $500.00. * Paid training (Monday to Friday, duration: 3 weeks). * Life insurance (after probation period). * Workers’ Compensation Insurance (SGMM) starting from year one. ***Available Shifts:*** * \* Afternoon shift: Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM – 9:30 PM If interested, apply through this channel.
