Job Summary: This position focuses on leading and supervising maintenance activities, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency standards in projects. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead and supervise maintenance activities. 2. Ensure quality, safety, and efficiency standards. 3. Experience with racks and handling cutting and welding tools. You will be responsible for leading and supervising maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and efficiency standards. * Must have experience with racks. * Proficiency in handling cutting tools and knowledge of welding. * Ensure project delivery within established timelines and schedules. * Manage and promptly track daily documentation required for plant access. * Correctly identify and label rehabilitated surveys and racks according to housekeeping standards. * Report daily progress and provide photographic evidence. * Close projects through joint validation with the client, ensuring physical and digital delivery of the signed and stamped maintenance report. * Strictly comply with safety protocols and current regulations within client facilities. * Plan and supervise assigned projects. * Responsible for maintaining tools, molds, machinery, etc., used for maintenance and rehabilitation services in good condition. * Inspect personal protective equipment (PPE) and/or timely request replacements from the administrative department. * Conduct a tool and equipment checklist upon departure from and return to each project site. * Request necessary supplies for project execution (e.g., paint, anchors, PPE, discs, etc.); no supplies may be purchased due to poor planning without Management authorization. * Verify the good condition of tools and work equipment before loading the pickup truck, requesting replacements if necessary. * Keep the pickup truck clean and in good condition, complying with the usage regulation previously signed by technicians. * Request labels for surveys and rehabilitations. Salary: $15,000.00 \- $17,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
