**Maintenance Leader** **Job Objective:** Supervise preventive and predictive maintenance plans, coordinate, assign, and train technical staff, manage the area’s financial resources, and negotiate with suppliers or contractors. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs). * **Education**: Technical degree in electromechanics, maintenance, or related field * **Responsibilities** * Specialist technician with experience in corporate office maintenance * Experience in electrical installations, backup systems (UPS, electric generators), painting and finishes, and HVAC * Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, EHS, and supplier management maintenance * Proficiency in computer equipment for completing activity reports, controls, inspections, and daily walkthroughs. **Work Schedule:** Monday to Saturday, 08:00–17:30; Saturday, 08:00–13:00 (Occasional schedule flexibility based on site requirements) **WE OFFER:** Gross monthly salary: $20,000 Statutory benefits (Social Security, 100% contribution, Christmas bonus, vacation days) Major Medical Expense Insurance and Life Insurance starting from the 3rd month **Work Location:** Carr.
