Position Objective To supervise and ensure the proper operation of the industrial cafeteria, guaranteeing compliance with processes, quality standards, production control, and effective team leadership. Main Responsibilities * Supervise large-volume food production and service. * Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations. * Coordinate and lead operational teams. * Control production processes, timelines, and quality standards. * Timely resolution of operational incidents. * Ensure order, discipline, and adherence to internal guidelines. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree or Engineering in Gastronomy, Food Science, or related field (preferred). * Proven experience supervising industrial cafeterias or food service operations. * Knowledge of production control and large-volume food service. * Experience managing personnel. * Decision-making ability and problem-solving skills. * Leadership and teamwork skills.
