Job Summary: We are seeking a Human Talent Generalist to ensure the attraction, assessment, and selection of suitable candidates, as well as desired support for employees. Key Highlights: 1. At Águila Transportes y Logística, we are looking for a Human Talent Generalist to join our strategic team. You will be responsible for ensuring the attraction, assessment, and selection of suitable candidates to fill organizational vacancies, guaranteeing efficient processes aligned with the company’s culture and strategic needs. Likewise, providing desired support to employees. Main Responsibilities * Coordinate the recruitment process, including screening and reviewing resumes according to the requested profile. * Conduct preliminary interviews and coordinate technical interviews with requesting departments. * Administer psychometric, technical, or knowledge-based tests, as applicable. * Share information regarding applicants. * Support onboarding and welcome activities for new hires. * Manage and keep the candidate database up to date. * Conduct employee performance evaluations. * Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable labor regulations. * Provide emotional support and active listening to operators. * Evaluate personnel and suppliers to identify opportunities for improvement that positively impact company results.
