




Position Summary: The Administrative Technician provides administrative and accounts receivable support to the branch, handling calls, visitors, and administrative and billing tasks. Sales and management support, billing, and account resolution **SUMMARY:** Under direct supervision, the Administrative Technician provides administrative and accounts receivable support to the branch. **POSITION DUTIES:** * Answers all incoming calls professionally, routes all calls, and takes accurate messages. * Receives and assists all individuals visiting the branch professionally and courteously, directing them to the appropriate person. * Sorts, distributes, and sends incoming and outgoing mail, as well as faxes. * Provides administrative support to sales associates and management team members, including document preparation, data entry, and routine reporting to identify open orders requiring expediting. * Prepares cash sales deposits in accordance with company policy. * Manages customer billing. * Resolves overdue invoices and customer claims promptly, including proactive identification of account issues. * May handle customer returns. * Performs other duties as assigned. **EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:** * Bachelor’s degree required. * Bilingual: Spanish/English.
