Pre-Service Coordination and Documentation **Advance preparation:** Coordinate with the Service Assistant to review documentation and prepare required forms before the customer arrives, minimizing waiting time. 2\. Technical Diagnosis and Advisory **Active reception:** Conduct accurate vehicle diagnostics based on customer needs, consulting technicians when necessary, to establish realistic estimates and delivery timelines. **Cost transparency:** Clearly explain the detailed breakdown of parts, labor, and applicable rates before commencing any work. 3\. Sales Management and Customer Engagement **Upselling:** Identify and propose preventive maintenance opportunities or additional parts during the initial inspection. **Ongoing communication:** Notify customers of previously undetected issues, obtain their authorization, and offer mobility alternatives while their vehicle is in the workshop. Delivery and Service Transparency **Technical and financial explanation:** Clearly detail completed work, itemized invoice breakdown, and warranty policies to ensure full clarity and build trust. **Specialized support:** Engage the Master Technician for in-depth technical explanations whenever required to ensure customer satisfaction.
