Minimum **3 years** of experience in similar positions. Organizational skills, negotiation ability, ability to work under pressure, leadership, analytical thinking, capacity to coordinate work, strong verbal and written communication skills, customer service orientation, patience and diplomacy, conflict resolution skills, resource optimization, self-control and proactivity.
