Troubleshooting and maintenance of HVAC systems **Job Title:** HVAC Engineer **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Flexible availability if onsite attendance is required. **Responsibilities:** 60% technical, 40% administrative\- Responsible for designing, engineering, installing, diagnosing, supervising, troubleshooting, air balancing, selecting equipment, and performing preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) systems at pharmaceutical industrial plants, including air handling units, packaged units, mini-splits, exhaust systems, \-air injection systems, precision units, and chillers. \- Design, modeling, and thermal load calculations to determine and select appropriate HVAC equipment for industrial areas, as well as to verify that existing equipment meets required heating, ventilation, or cooling functions. \- Knowledge of air balancing, and management and control of positive and negative pressure in areas. \- Ductwork design and calculation (rectangular, circular ducts, and piping), piping and duct routing.\- Identification of HVAC system components, conducting inspections, diagnosing issues, and possessing knowledge to repair them, ensuring technical staff perform proper interventions or repairs.\- Troubleshooting industrial equipment, scheduling future maintenance tasks, conducting periodic inspections, and managing spare parts inventory. **ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:\-** Proficiency with computers or tablets for maintenance recordkeeping and reporting.
