Job Summary: Security Recruiter responsible for attracting, selecting, and hiring qualified personnel, ensuring service coverage and regulatory compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure timely coverage of security services. 2. Lead the entire recruitment and selection process. 3. Support strategies to reduce turnover and fill urgent vacancies. **Job Objective:** Attract, select, and hire reliable and trained security personnel, ensuring timely service coverage and compliance with client requirements and applicable regulations. **Main Responsibilities:** * Develop job profiles in coordination with operations or clients. * Post vacancies across various channels (job boards, social media, field recruitment). * Conduct resume screening and initial candidate interviews. * Administer psychometric assessments and/or trustworthiness tests. * Verify candidates’ employment references and background. * Coordinate interviews with supervisors or department heads. * Provide continuous follow-up throughout the selection process until hiring. * Compile personnel files and manage documentation for hired staff. * Coordinate onboarding and initial training processes. * Ensure compliance with legal requirements for security personnel. * Maintain updated candidate databases. * Support strategies to reduce turnover and fill urgent vacancies. **Requirements:** * Education: High school diploma or bachelor’s degree (preferably in Psychology, Administration, or related fields). * Experience: 1–2 years in recruitment (experience in private security is desirable). * Knowledge of interviewing techniques, mass recruitment, and field recruitment. * Proficiency in job boards and social media platforms. * Ability to work under pressure and fill urgent vacancies. **Competencies:** * Effective communication * Organization and follow-up * Goal-oriented work * Decision-making * Ethics and confidentiality **Performance Indicators (KPIs):** * Time to fill vacancies * Number of successful hires * Turnover rate * Compliance with requested job profiles Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $10,000\.00 \- $11,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
