Project and technical team management in energy facilities **Hydrocarbons Sector Process Manager** **Position Title:** Process Manager **Company Type:** Technical services, consulting, maintenance, and equipment for fuel stations, hydrocarbon storage or distribution facilities. **2\. Position Objective** Design, implement, and optimize the company's operational, commercial, and regulatory compliance processes, ensuring operational efficiency, sales growth, and adherence to Mexico's hydrocarbons sector regulations. **3\. Key Responsibilities** **Process Management** * Design, document, and improve the company's operational and commercial processes. * Implement continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, BPM, Six Sigma). * Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for operational and commercial activities. * Coordinate standardization of technical and administrative procedures. **Regulatory Compliance** * Ensure compliance with applicable regulations governing Mexico's hydrocarbons sector. * Supervise compliance processes before regulatory agencies such as: * Energy Regulatory Commission (CRE) * Agency for Safety, Energy, and Environment (ASEA) * Ministry of Energy (SENER) * Implement controls for regulatory and technical audits. * Manage personnel certification and competency assessment processes, as labor certification is promoted in the hydrocarbons sector to ensure industrial safety and best practices. **Commercial Development** * Design commercial strategies targeting energy and fuel retail companies. * Develop relationships with strategic clients: * Fuel stations * Storage terminals * Fuel transporters * Lead negotiation and contract closing processes for technical services. * Expand customer portfolio and increase regional market share. * Analyze profitability by customer, service, and sales channel. **Operational Management** * Coordinate technical and commercial teams. * Supervise project execution at fuel stations or energy facilities. * Optimize operational costs and service delivery times. * Implement data analytics tools to support decision-making. **4\.
