




Job Summary: Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department by managing labor procedures, payroll, and personnel matters, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and internal policies. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages labor procedures and payroll processes. 2. Ensures document control and personnel administration. 3. Supports compliance with policies and legal regulations. **Job Objective** Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department, ensuring proper document control, management of labor procedures, and assistance in payroll and personnel administration processes, thereby guaranteeing compliance with internal policies and applicable legal regulations. **Functions and Responsibilities** * **Preparation of employment contracts** (hiring, renewals, and modifications), ensuring compliance with current labor legislation. * **Drafting and tracking of administrative minutes**, documenting personnel incidents in accordance with internal policies. * **Uniform control and administration**, including inventory management, distribution, replacement, and signed records by staff. * **Reception and validation of documentation** for newly hired employees and personnel files (INE, proof of address, NSS, CURP, etc.). * **Management of registrations, cancellations, and modifications with the Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS)**, ensuring timely and accurate processing. * **Payroll reconciliation**, verifying incidents, deductions, earnings, and reports to ensure accurate payments. * **Cash handling**, related to payments, reimbursements, or funds assigned to the department, ensuring proper control and documentation. **Job Profile** **Education:** Completed bachelor’s degree in Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or related field. **Experience:** 1 year in a similar position (preferably within Human Resources). **Knowledge:** * Federal Labor Law (basic level). * IMSS affiliation procedures. * Payroll processes. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (intermediate Excel). * Document control and filing. **Skills:** * Organization and attention to detail. * Confidentiality and professional ethics. * Teamwork. * Effective communication. * Responsible handling of information and cash.
