




Job Summary: QHSE Coordinator with experience in urban infrastructure and electromechanical installation, responsible for implementing and managing quality, safety, health, and environmental management systems. Profile: • Licensed Civil Engineer • 5 years of verifiable experience in QHSE areas. • Urban infrastructure. • Electromechanical installation. • Projects involving work at height and exposure of the public. • Verifiable training in work at height, lifting operations, and high-risk permits. • Knowledge of QHSE standards and practices. • Proficiency in STPS regulations and NOMs regarding occupational safety and health in the construction sector. • Knowledge of ISO 45001:2018 standard. • Knowledge of ISO 14001:2015 standard. • Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standard. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES • Implement and monitor the Integrated Management System. • Identify hazards, assess risks, and establish control measures (AST, FMEA, RISK MATRICES). • Supervise critical work (heights, lifting operations, electrical work, equipment operation). • Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses, preparing reports and corrective actions. • Coordinate mandatory safety training as required by local legislation (STPS Mexico or MINTRAB Guatemala, depending on the project; CIVIL PROTECTION or CONRED, depending on applicable project requirements). • Verify proper use of PPE as stipulated in NOM-017-STPS-2024 / Government Agreement No. 229-2014 and its amendments to Article 231). • Prepare weekly and monthly quality, environment, safety, and • health reports on project progress. • Ensure full compliance with applicable current legislation. • Directly collaborate on audit-related matters and maintain documentary control for audits. • Develop and update procedures, plans, and programs for Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Programs, and Project Quality Plans. • Implement environmental compliance programs and manage environmental aspects and impacts. • Manage waste (hazardous and non-hazardous), spills, and environmental contingencies. • Ensure compliance with current environmental legislation and authority requirements.
