The Universidad de las Américas Puebla (UDLAP), a leading institution in higher education, is seeking to integrate into its team a **Maintenance Superintendent** committed to operational excellence and the care of our facilities. **Responsibilities:** * Ensure, inspect, and maintain the good condition of areas. * Care for and optimize human and material resources. * Supervise hygiene and safety conditions in areas. * Follow up on reports. * Monitor the execution of processes implemented in the department. **Functions:** * Perform corrective maintenance. * Execute the preventive maintenance program and complementary services. * Control tools, equipment, and work materials. * Participate in warehouse and moving services. * Participate in and perform maintenance duty shifts. * Maintain indicators for optimal departmental performance. * Carry out special tasks requested by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements:** * Minimum education: Technical or Engineering degree in related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions. * Knowledge of general facility maintenance. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Masonry, Painting, Waterproofing, Basic Carpentry, Basic Locksmithing. * Sense of urgency, service orientation, order, and cleanliness. * English proficiency: 40% writing, reading, and vocabulary. * Availability to perform duty shifts and work outside regular hours. **We offer:** * Benefits exceeding legal requirements. * Job stability. * Excellent working environment. * Opportunities for professional development within a recognized institution.
