




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to manage academic record control, supervise recordkeeping, and coordinate processes, contributing to holistic, values-based education. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages academic record control and supervision of records. 2. Collaborates in the development and monitoring of annual plans. 3. Contributes to leadership development in a values-based environment. Our primary goal is holistic, values-based education that directly impacts our students: "Developing leaders, one at a time". **Requirements:** * **Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Public Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.** * **Professional degree certificate and license are mandatory.** * **Minimum 2 years of experience.** * **Practical work experience in administration.** * **Knowledge of and proficiency with the SEP platform.** * **Familiarity with La Nueva Escuela Mexicana (The New Mexican School).** * **Required specific skills: Enthusiasm for work; knowledge of school administration; familiarity with curricula and study programs; knowledge of regulations issued by the Secretariat of Public Education; loyalty; discretion; respect; honesty; administrative creativity; efficient and timely handling of forms; ability to respond immediately to academic record documentation; continuous communication with related departments of the General Directorate of Secondary Education; and continuous improvement of activities.** * **Interpersonal skills: Patience, prompt responsiveness, diplomacy, and courtesy. **Responsibilities:** * **Develop and propose the department’s annual calendarized activity plan and program, and submit it to the direct supervisor for approval, implementation, and evaluation.** * **Monitor and supervise academic registration and record control to ensure compliance with the College’s norms, procedures, policies, programs, goals, and objectives.** * **Propose procedures and guidelines for academic registration and record control activities, aligned with the educational services provided by the College.** * **Plan and coordinate registration processes for new and returning students.** * **Supervise student enrollment and withdrawal actions across campuses to ensure compliance with established norms, guidelines, procedures, and relevant regulations.** * **Maintain the central database of evaluations up to date, implementing security measures established by the College. **Age: 30 \- 45 years.** ***Schedule:*** **Monday to Friday** **7:30 a.m \- 3:30 p.m** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Up to $6,000\.00 per month Education: * Completed bachelor’s degree (Preferred) Experience: * Human Resources: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
