Tackle exciting challenges and build a career path that reflects who you are. **Job Mission:** Timely and properly address requests and needs from various departments to achieve customer satisfaction and prevent complaints or dissatisfaction. **Your Impact:** As a **Service Technician**, you will have the opportunity to directly contribute to our mission by performing the following key responsibilities: * Conduct inspections for high and low consumption, measured pressures, data verification, and service-related requests to ensure accurate measurement and billing for residential and commercial customers. * Inspect meters and installations for zero consumption or potential fraud, in accordance with established procedures, supporting gas consumption billing and collection. * Execute service disconnections and reconnections, as well as installation assembly, disassembly, and modifications, responding to requests from the Collections Department. * Maintain control of meters, materials, and evidence of work performed, in compliance with current policies and procedures. * Validate proper execution of activities by commercial partners through periodic audits and checklists, ensuring adherence to regulations. * Reinforce safety topics through field visits, safety talks, recommendations, and Fresh Eye card implementation. **Requirements:** To join our team as a **Service Technician**, we seek: * **Education and Experience:** Completed technical degree or incomplete bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Automation and Control. 1 year of experience handling gas, general plumbing, and measurement equipment. * **Technical Skills:** Basic Office software proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Standard vehicle operation with valid driver’s license. Proficiency in using mechanical tools (pliers, wrenches, cutters, etc.). * **Key Competencies:** Conflict management, negotiation, customer orientation, teamwork, working under pressure, results orientation, adaptability to change, and effective communication. * **Languages:** Not required.
