Position Summary: Design, coordinate, and implement STEM career guidance strategies for upper secondary-level students, strengthening their connection with UDLAP. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design and deliver STEM career guidance workshops 2. Provide personalized counseling to high school students 3. Coordinate activities with high schools and follow up with students STEM Career Guidance Coordinator Objective Design, coordinate, and implement career guidance strategies targeted at upper secondary-level students with an emphasis on science, technology, and mathematics, supporting their undergraduate program selection process and strengthening their connection with UDLAP through psychopedagogical tools, workshops, and comprehensive mentoring. Functions * Design and deliver career guidance workshops focused on STEM fields * Administer and interpret psychometric assessments * Provide personalized counseling to high school students, both under formal agreements and independently * Deliver human development workshops addressing issues and interests of high school students (e.g., emotions, bullying, decision-making, etc.) * Participate in promotional and outreach events Responsibilities * Follow up with students receiving services * Coordinate activities with high schools * Prepare outcome reports * Update tools and methodologies
