Job Summary: We are seeking an Engineer with experience in the electrical industry to identify customer needs, develop technical proposals, and support the sales team through site visits and presentations. Results-oriented and goal-driven work approach **IMPULSORA INDUSTRIAL MONTERREY** ---------------------------------- **REQUIREMENTS** Essential experience and knowledge in the electrical industry Minimum 2 years of experience Familiarity with automation products and services Bachelor’s degree or Associate degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM-related tools Negotiation skills Excellent communication skills Results-oriented and capable of working in a goal-driven environment. **RESPONSIBILITIES** Prepare and deliver presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions to customers Identify customer needs and develop technical proposals Support the sales department by complementing sales offers with technical expertise Conduct site visits either accompanying sales representatives or independently to identify new business opportunities within companies Strategic Planning: Design strategies and plans to achieve sales objectives Customer Management: Maintain relationships, negotiate, and ensure customer satisfaction **BENEFITS** STATUTORY BENEFITS (15-day Christmas bonus, vacation time, 25% vacation premium, IMSS and Infonavit) ADDITIONAL BENEFITS: Savings fund (4\.7%, doubled in December) \+ punctuality and attendance bonus (9\.5% of base salary, paid on the last days of each month) \+ profit-sharing \+ complimentary uniforms Working hours: 8:15 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday to Friday WORK LOCATION: Cuatro Poniente, downtown Puebla
