An environment where design becomes a real product DESCRIPTION **Join our team! \| SolidWorks Drafter** A company specializing in the manufacturing of **contemporary furniture** is looking for creative and technical talent to join as a **SolidWorks Drafter**. If you are interested not only in designing but also in connecting your designs with real-world production processes, this position is for you. **What will you do in this role?** * Develop technical drawings, exploded views, and manufacturing documentation. * Generate precise information for production and assembly. * Optimize materials through efficient lists and processes. * Collaborate directly with the CNC production department to ensure accurate part fabrication. * Prepare and adapt designs for CNC machining processes. **What we are looking for in you** * 1–2 years of experience in design and drawing development. * Knowledge of materials such as wood, metal, and derivatives (MDF, plywood, etc.). * Advanced proficiency in **SolidWorks** (mandatory). * Intermediate proficiency in **AutoCAD**. * Proficiency in Office software suite and intermediate English. **Key CNC knowledge:** * Experience with CAD/CAM software (preferred: VCarve, Fusion 360, Mastercam, or similar). * Ability to interpret technical drawings and exploded views for automated manufacturing. * Basic understanding of G/M code for CNC process adjustments. * Understanding of machine setup: calibration, tooling, and material fixturing. * Familiarity with material optimization (nesting). * Understanding of material behavior during cutting processes. * Familiarity with assembly processes for design-for-manufacturing. * Focus on quality control and tolerances. **Skills that will set you apart** * High attention to detail * Technical problem-solving ability * Process organization and optimization * Proactivity and dynamic attitude * Creativity applied to real-world solutions * Teamwork and communication with production **What we offer** * Competitive salary commensurate with your experience * Statutory benefits * Job stability (permanent employment contract) * Growth opportunity in a developing company * **Location:** Cruz del Sur area, Puebla (on-site) **Here, design doesn’t stay on screen—it becomes a product.** REQUIREMENTS **What we are looking for in you** * 1–2 years of experience in design and drawing development. * Knowledge of materials such as wood, metal, and stone. * Advanced proficiency in **SolidWorks** (mandatory). * Intermediate proficiency in **AutoCAD**. * Proficiency in Office software suite and intermediate English. * Ability to work under pressure, with a results-oriented and team-based approach.
