Due to growth, Panadería la Montura is hiring a Baker who wishes to join our team: **Baker** If you have expertise in European Danish pastries (laminated dough), traditional Mexican bread such as conchas, donuts, Garibaldi, sliced bread, mantecada, croissants, etc., and seasonal Mexican-style bread (e.g., pan de muerto, rosca de Reyes): * Dough preparation * Baking using professional equipment * Production of sweet bread * Production of viennoiserie (savory bread) * Production of cookies and crackers * Operation of equipment including: dough mixer, mixer, proofing cabinet, rotary oven **Work Location**: Two blocks from Parque Ecológico, Col. El Mirador. Av. 24 Sur and Priv. 39 Oriente.
