




Job Summary: Provide administrative, control, and record-keeping support for live pig sales operations, ensuring proper handling of documents, inventories, sales, and cash flow. General Purpose of the Position Support administrative tasks, operational control, and transaction recording for live pig sales operations, ensuring accurate handling of documentation, inventories, sales, and cash flow—contributing to operational order, efficiency, and supporting operational functions. 3. Main Functions and Responsibilities Preparation and management of payroll for 5 sales outlets. Recording and monitoring of operational and transfer-related shrinkage. Collection and entry of weekly commercial indicator data. Customer registration and mapping along delivery routes to optimize timing and scheduling. Generation of transport bills and mobilization guides. 4. Position Requirements Academic Qualifications: Completed high school diploma (preferably with technical studies in administration, accounting, or related fields). Experience: Minimum 1 year in administrative, cashier, or inventory recording roles. Desirable experience in sales outlets, slaughterhouses, or agricultural/animal husbandry environments. Technical Knowledge: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word). Document and inventory control. Fundamental understanding of accounting records and cash flow management.
