Job Summary: We are seeking a phlebotomist with an exceptional service-oriented attitude to serve as the first face of our laboratory, delivering warm and empathetic care. Key Highlights: 1. We value humane treatment and empathy toward each patient **What will you do?** You will be the first person our patients see upon arriving at the laboratory. Your mission: to make every individual feel welcome, receive warm and compassionate care, and leave with an experience they would recommend. **Main Responsibilities:** * Collection of blood and other samples (venipuncture and capillary puncture) * Proper reception and identification of patients and samples * Warm and empathetic care for each patient (children, elderly individuals, nervous patients) * Handling, labeling, and storage of samples according to protocol * Maintaining a clean and organized sample collection area **Schedule:** * Tuesdays and Thursdays: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM * Saturdays: 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM *(3 days per week — ideal for supplementing another activity or studies)* **We Offer:** * Monthly salary: $4,000 MXN (biweekly payments on time) * Human and professional work environment * Opportunity for growth * Training **Requirements:** * Degree in Clinical Laboratory Science, Biochemistry, Nursing, Laboratory Technician, or related field * Experience in sample collection (minimum 6 months) * Exceptional service attitude: smile, empathy, patience * Impeccable punctuality * Residence in San Andrés Cholula or nearby areas (preferred) **What We Value Most:** We seek someone who understands that behind every sample is a person with a name, a story, and emotions.
