Complete inspection forms to ensure customer satisfaction. **Job Description** We are seeking a **Quality Inspector** committed to operational excellence to monitor and ensure that all processed materials comply with our customers’ high standards. You will be responsible for the release, control, and rejection of materials across all stages of the coating process. **Key Responsibilities** * **Process Control:** Ensure materials meet quality requirements at each production stage. * **Product Release:** Approve the first piece and finished product from various coating processes. * **Non-Conforming Material Management:** Identify, halt, and segregate out-of-specification materials. * **Regulatory Compliance:** Apply **ISO 9001:2015** standard requirements and company quality policy. * **Documentation:** Accurately complete inspection forms to ensure customer satisfaction. * **Safety:** Strictly comply with safety and hygiene regulations and use of personal protective equipment. **Requirements** * **Minimum Education:** Completed secondary school * **Experience:** Minimum experience in a similar position * **Technical Knowledge:** * Basic knowledge of **galvanizing**. * Introduction to the **ISO 9001:2015** standard. * Basic mathematics (mental calculation). * Ability to follow inspection instructions and packaging standards. * **Skills:** * Excellent manual dexterity and proprioception. * Autonomous decision-making regarding material rejection. * Strong communication and teamwork abilities. **Desired Skills** * Ability to work under specific quality criteria. * Focus on cleanliness, organization, and continuous improvement of the work area.
