Job Summary: We are seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team, performing blood sample collections and ensuring patient safety. Key Responsibilities: 1. Perform venipunctures and process blood samples efficiently. 2. Maintain high standards of hygiene and patient safety. 3. Interact with patients of all ages and work collaboratively as part of a team. We are looking for a Phlebotomist to join our team at Grupo Diagnóstico Aries. * Technical nursing degree * Bachelor's degree in nursing * TLC, QC, QFB or equivalent * Minimum 6 months' experience in pediatric and geriatric blood draws Responsibilities: * Blood sample collection: Responsible for performing venipunctures, collecting blood, and processing samples efficiently and safely. * Must maintain a high level of hygiene and adhere to established safety protocols to ensure patient safety and sample quality. * Minimum 6 months' prior experience performing venipunctures and preparing samples for analysis. * Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with patients of all ages and circumstances. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to dynamic laboratory environments is also essential.
