Proficiency in SAP, SUA, Office GIRO, and knowledge of labor legislation **AT ELIS, WE BELIEVE IN YOUR TALENT** --------------------------------- **A leading company providing financing and specialized textile laundry solutions** ### **We are seeking: Labor Relations Analyst / HR Generalist** ### **Position Objective:** To implement the administrative processes of the human talent area in order to meet the needs of employees and each department within the company. ### **Required Experience in:** * Payroll handling and explanation * IDSE system * Federal Labor Law * IMSS * Infonavit * Proficiency in SAP, SUA, Office GIRO * Labor Reform * Advanced Excel * Pre-payroll processing (for 100 to 200 employees) **REQUIREMENTS** * Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or Public Accounting (in progress or completed). * 2 to 3 years of experience in the position. * Flexible schedule availability. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Execute payroll payment processes, as well as receive, review, and verify correct payment for company personnel to ensure timely payment to employees. * Process affiliation movements (registrations, terminations, modifications, and variables) with IMSS, complying with regulatory requirements to avoid any official requests. * Maintain control over registrations, terminations, and modifications to ensure reliable information. * Administer affiliation movements (registrations and terminations), and provide information on major medical expenses and life insurance, ensuring personnel are informed in case of any contingency. * Generate, deliver, and safeguard payroll receipts for operational and unionized personnel, ensuring up-to-date records and compliance with regulatory requirements. * Prepare fixed-term and indefinite-term employment contracts, and maintain proper documentation to comply with regulatory requirements. * Receive and follow up on medical leaves (work-related risks, commuting risks, occupational illnesses, and general illnesses), to submit the annual risk premium calculation accurately and on time. * Address, clarify, and resolve employee questions and/or needs to maintain a healthy work environment. * Timely follow-up and control of Infonavit notices (withholdings, suspensions, and credit updates) to calculate deductions and ensure effective payment. * Responsible for maintaining updated information and operating the GIRO system to ensure reliable data. * Provide timely follow-up and control of the Quality and Environmental Management System within the area of responsibility to ensure compliance with organizational guidelines. **SKILLS** Results-oriented, frustration tolerance, teamwork, effective communication, negotiation, innovation, conflict resolution. **WE OFFER:** Our offer is $12,000 per month before taxes (non-negotiable) Meal vouchers equal to 7% of the assigned salary = $840 per month (Enreed Voucher Card) Thirteenth-month bonus equivalent to 30 days per year * ️ 12 vacation days upon completion of the first year (100% vacation bonus) Life insurance (covering accidental or natural death) Major medical expense coverage for you, your spouse, and dependent children under age 18 Savings fund (available once the workforce is stabilized) Direct employment contract with the company Statutory benefits from day one (100% IMSS registration) * **Working hours**: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.
