We seek talent who shares our passion for inspiring children’s learning, creativity, and holistic development through play. **What We Offer:** * **Base Salary:** $4,750 biweekly. * **Commissions:** 1% commission on sales (post-VAT). * **Additional Incentives:** Monthly commissions with higher percentages for the top two performers in sales. * **Bonus:** Extra bonus for achieving store sales targets. * **Training:** Ongoing training to deepen your product knowledge and enhance your sales skills. * **Uniform:** HAPE t-shirt provided by the company. **Your Daily Responsibilities:** * Provide customer service and advisory support focused on selling educational toys. * Connect with parents seeking products that meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and educational value. * Actively assist with merchandise arrangement, store cleaning, and inventory management. * Achieve and exceed individual and store-wide sales targets. **What We’re Looking For:** * Ability to work effectively in a team, with excellent customer service skills and strong verbal communication. * Energy and stamina to remain on your feet, climb stairs, and arrange products. * **Experience:** Retail sales experience is preferred. * Passion for child development, motor skills, and the Montessori philosophy. **Schedule and Conditions:** * Availability from 10:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. * One rotating weekday day off. * **Dress Code:** Dark blue denim pants and white sneakers.
