




Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and friendly Hostess to greet guests, manage reservations, assign tables, and provide excellent, organized customer service in a restaurant. Excellent communication skills and service-oriented attitude **Hostess** **Main Responsibilities** * **Greeting and Farewell:** Greet diners courteously and bid them farewell, thanking them for their visit. * **Reservation Management:** Manage reservations made by phone, digital platforms (e.g., OpenTable), or in person. * **Table Assignment:** Strategically seat guests to avoid overburdening servers and optimize space usage. * **Waitlist Management:** Inform guests of estimated wait times and organize them when the restaurant is full. * **Initial Guest Assistance:** Distribute menus, inform guests about daily specials, and accommodate special needs (e.g., baby chairs, wheelchair access). **Education:** Completed high school diploma or technical degree in Tourism, Administration, or related field. **Experience:** Minimum 1–2 years in a similar role within restaurants. **Knowledge:** Customer service and guest relations. Reservation handling. Waitlist organization.
