Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive Golf Assistant to support course operations, assist players, and maintain facilities, ensuring a high-quality experience. Key Highlights: 1. Operational support for golf activities and player assistance. 2. Basic maintenance of golf equipment and facilities. 3. Collaboration in tournaments and sporting events. We are looking for personnel to provide operational support for golf area activities, ensuring proper course operation, player service, and basic equipment and facility maintenance—contributing to a high-quality user experience. · Position: GOLF ASSISTANT Main Responsibilities Assist in preparing the golf course prior to daily operations. Assist players (golf cart distribution, equipment cleaning, basic orientation). Supervise proper use of golf facilities and equipment. Perform cleaning and organization of common areas (tee boxes, greens, practice zones). Support basic maintenance of golf carts (general inspection, battery charging, cleaning). Report any anomalies or damage to the course or equipment, and maintain records of malfunctions, regulations, and situations arising during play. Collaborate in tournament and sporting event logistics. Comply with club safety standards and regulations. · Requirements Completed secondary education (high school diploma preferred) Customer service or sports-related experience preferred but not mandatory Basic knowledge of golf (preferred) Basic proficiency with tools and equipment Customer attention and service skills Service-oriented attitude, effective communication, proactivity, and service mindset Responsibility and punctuality · Working Conditions Outdoor work (exposure to sun and variable weather conditions) Flexible schedule availability (including weekends and holidays) Constant physical activity · We Offer: $9,451.20 monthly (paid biweekly) Statutory benefits (IMSS, paid vacations, INFONAVIT) Benefits exceeding statutory requirements (30-day year-end bonus) Ongoing training and growth opportunities.
