Experience: 1 year as a Human Resources Generalist; advanced Excel proficiency (a test will be administered); application and interpretation of psychometric tests; recruitment experience. TIMELY FOLLOW-UP ON Personnel file preparation and contract updates. Practical knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (LFT). Schedules.
