Job Summary: A major automotive group is seeking a Fleet Sales Manager with experience in prospecting, negotiation, and sales management, focused on meeting customer needs and ensuring timely delivery. A major automotive group is hiring due to expansion: FLEET SALES MANAGER REQUIREMENTS: • Education: Completed high school or higher. • Proven experience in fleet vehicle sales. • Knowledge of: • Sales techniques. • Customer service and support. • General knowledge of vehicle parts and operation. • Government agency tender processes. • General administration and accounting. • Excellent spelling and writing skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Prospect companies with potential fleet acquisition needs. • Identify purchasing requirements and offer suitable solutions. • Present vehicles (features, benefits, test drives, etc.). • Offer payment and financing plans (credit, leasing, trade-in). • Negotiate corporate agreements for employee vehicle sales. • Manage administrative sales procedures. • Supervise proper vehicle delivery. • Coordinate fleet deliveries with complete documentation. • Conduct post-sales follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction. • Prepare prospecting and sales reports.
