Job Summary: A major automotive group is seeking a Fleet Manager to prospect companies, identify purchasing needs, present vehicles, and manage sales and after-sales services. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead fleet sales and negotiate agreements with companies. 2. Present vehicles and manage administrative sales procedures. 3. Provide post-sales follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction. A major automotive group is hiring due to growth: FLEET MANAGER REQUIREMENTS: • Education: Completed high school; Bachelor’s degree in Administration or Accounting (preferred). • Experience: Minimum 3 years as Fleet Manager. • Proven experience in automobile fleet sales (mandatory). • Knowledge of: • Sales techniques. • Customer service and attention. • General knowledge of vehicle components and operation. • Government procurement processes. • General administration and accounting. • Excellent spelling and writing skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Prospect companies with potential for fleet acquisition. • Identify purchasing needs and offer suitable solutions. • Present vehicles (features, benefits, test drives, etc.). • Offer payment and financing plans (credit, leasing, trade-in). • Negotiate corporate agreements for employee vehicle sales. • Manage administrative sales procedures. • Supervise proper delivery of units. • Coordinate fleet delivery with complete documentation. • Provide post-sales follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction. • Prepare prospecting and sales reports.
