Position Summary: We are seeking an IT technician with experience in JIT systems, virtualization, network administration, SQL databases, and end-user support to maintain the technological infrastructure and ensure operational continuity. Key Highlights: 1. Experience with Just-in-Time (JIT) sequencing systems 2. Proficiency in virtualization technologies and Active Directory 3. Preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment and networks **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Experience with Just-in-Time (JIT) sequencing systems (2\-3 years) * Proficiency in virtualization technologies (VMware, Verge.IO, Hyper\-V) * Proficiency in Active Directory * Proficiency in hardware administration and configuration platforms. * Installation and configuration of operating systems * Network maintenance * Creation of user profiles * Installation and configuration of security systems * Management and maintenance of SQL databases. * End-user or customer assistance and training. * Preventive and corrective maintenance of Zebra label printers * Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of CCTV systems * Diagnosis and resolution of production line failures * Hardware and software inventory. * Assignment of equipment to end users and production lines. * Preparation and replacement of equipment. * Proficiency in Office 365 suite * Preventive and corrective maintenance of computing equipment. * Data backups. **KNOWLEDGE IN** * \- Windows, Linux, or Unix operating systems * \- Fundamentals of servers, switches, and UPS. * \- Hardware and software. * \- Installation and configuration of operating systems. * \- Network cabling. * \- Maintenance of laser and thermal printers. * \- Fundamentals of CCTV. * \- Hardware and software inventory. * \- Information security. * \- Preventive and corrective maintenance of computing equipment. * \- Data backups. * \- Office 365 suite * \- Fundamentals of programming * \- Databases * \- On-site or remote end-user support. **SKILLS AND OTHER** * Effective communication * Service-oriented attitude. * Sense of urgency and responsibility * Basic or intermediate English Employment type: Full-time, Indefinite-term Salary: $16,500\.00 \- $17,500\.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking * Life insurance * Free uniforms * Grocery vouchers Workplace: On-site employment
