Focus on problem-solving and continuous user support. ### **Vacancy: Technical Support Specialist** **Job Description** A growing restaurant chain is seeking a **Systems / Technical Support Assistant**, responsible for providing operational and technical support to various branches, ensuring the proper functioning of systems, networks, and technological equipment. We seek a proactive, organized individual with a problem-solving focus who guarantees continuity of the business’s technological operations. ### **Job Objective** Maintain technology infrastructure (networks, systems, and equipment) in optimal condition by providing timely support to users and branches to ensure uninterrupted business operations. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Administration and maintenance of **computer networks** * Support and operation of **point-of-sale systems** (preferably Soft Restaurant and Wan Soft) * Assistance with **basic programming or system adjustments** * Management and support of **bank terminals** * Monitoring and handling of **institutional emails** * Handling user technical incidents * **Branch visits** for preventive and corrective maintenance * Installation, configuration, and updating of equipment and software ### **Requirements** * Education: Bachelor’s degree or Engineering in Systems, Computer Science, or related field (internship candidates accepted) * Experience: Minimum 1 year in technical support or systems-related roles * Knowledge of: + Networks and connectivity + Point-of-sale systems + General technical support (hardware and software) * Willingness to travel between branches * Service-oriented attitude and problem-solving skills ### **Key Competencies** * Proactivity * Organization * Effective communication * Ability to work under pressure * Focus on internal customer service ### **We Offer** * Monthly salary: **$13,000 to $14,000** (based on experience and skills) * Benefits: + **Major and minor medical expense insurance** * Job stability * Career development opportunities
