This position involves coordinating multidisciplinary teams, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, managing risks and deliverables, as well as maintaining effective communication with Product Owners and stakeholders, ensuring controlled and adaptable execution in dynamic environments. Job Objective: Plan, coordinate, and ensure the successful delivery of projects using agile methodologies (Scrum) to meet scope, time, cost, quality, and business value objectives, ensuring effective communication and controlled execution even in changing environments. Job Requirements: Academic Background — Completed Bachelor’s Degree in: \- Systems Engineering, Information Technologies or Computer Science \- Industrial Engineering \- Administration \- Related field \- Certifications (mandatory): \- Valid Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe SM or equivalent) Experience: \- Minimum 3 years of project management experience \- Experience working under agile methodologies (Scrum) \- Coordination of multidisciplinary teams \- Management of scope, timelines, risks, and deliverables Activities and Responsibilities: Agile Project Management \- Define project objectives, scope, and deliverables. \- Plan and track sprint schedules. \- Manage risks, dependencies, and changes. \- Ensure fulfillment of sprint and project commitments. \- Monitor progress and performance indicators. Scrum Facilitation (Scrum Master) \- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Retrospective. \- Ensure correct application of the Scrum framework. \- Identify and remove impediments affecting the team. \- Foster self-organization and continuous improvement. \- Guide the team in adopting agile practices. Team and Stakeholder Coordination \- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (development, infrastructure, testing, and business). \- Act as liaison between the technical team, Product Owner, and stakeholders. \- Communicate project progress, risks, and outcomes. \- Facilitate timely decision-making. Scope, Quality, and Deliverables Management \- Ensure deliverables meet defined requirements. \- Validate outcomes with the Product Owner and end users. \- Promote quality best practices and documentation. \- Ensure proper acceptance and formal project closure. Continuous Improvement and Project Closure \- Document lessons learned. \- Propose improvements to processes and ways of working. \- Ensure proper transition of deliverables to operations. \- Close the project according to agreed terms. Employment Conditions: Position Type — Full-time Work Schedule: \- Monday to Friday: 09:00–18:00 hrs \- Saturday: 10:00–15:00 hrs Work Modality: Hybrid (in-person and remote) Salary: $30,000 to $50,000 MXN monthly, depending on experience and profile. For senior profiles or those with greater strategic responsibility, the range may reach $50,000–$80,000\+ MXN.
