Job Summary: We are seeking an analytical professional to lead and implement continuous improvement projects, leveraging digital and AI tools to optimize processes and support decision-making. Collaborate with quality, production, and engineering teams **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Lead and implement continuous improvement projects. * Utilize digital tools and artificial intelligence for information analysis, technical documentation generation, report automation, and decision-making support. (ChatGPT, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, Canva, Power BI, Power Automate, Notion AI). * Analyze production processes using Lean Manufacturing tools. * Develop and monitor operational performance indicators (KPIs). * Organize Kaizen events, improvement workshops, and process standardization activities. * Document implemented improvements and ensure their integration into operational standards. * Support the development of technical and visual training materials for operators. * Collaborate with quality, production, and engineering teams to ensure sustainable implementation of improvements. **KNOWLEDGE:** * Conversational English. * Lean Manufacturing (5S, Kaizen, VSM, SMED, waste elimination). * Knowledge of the automotive industry and quality management systems (IATF 16949 preferred). * Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI or similar tools). * Ability to document processes using visual and documentary standards. * Experience and familiarity with artificial intelligence and digital automation tools applied to productivity, data analysis, or content generation. * Basic knowledge of project management or process improvement is preferred. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Analytical profile with strong problem-solving orientation. * Creativity and resourcefulness. * Mindset focused on continuous improvement and process optimization. * Interest in and openness to digital technologies and the use of artificial intelligence tools to enhance work efficiency. * Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams. * Clear and structured communication skills. * Structured and organized work methods.
