Once Observatorio seeks an Event and Experience Photographer in Lomas De Angelópolis Ii \- San Andrés Cholula, Puebla** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ **Job Title:** Photographer for 11:11 Observatorio **Department:** Customer Service / Photography **Job Objective:** Capture and deliver high-quality photographs to observatory visitors, providing a dynamic, warm, and professional experience during their visit, ensuring prompt, organized, and customer-service-focused assistance. **Main Responsibilities:** * Take photographs of visitors within the observatory premises. * Quickly and courteously direct poses, framing, and interactions with customers. * Review lighting quality, focus, and composition of photographs. * Perform basic image editing and quick retouching. * Organize and categorize photographs by customer or event. * Send digital photographs to customers via established channels. * Follow up on deliveries and ensure timely responses. * Maintain photographic equipment and accessories in good condition. * Support operations during special events or peak seasons. * Maintain a proactive and customer-service-oriented attitude at all times. **Candidate Profile:** * Basic or intermediate experience in social, tourism, or event photography. * Basic proficiency in editing software such as Photoshop, Canva, or similar tools. * Ability to interact easily with people and quickly build trust. * Dynamic, responsible, and organized individual. * Professional appearance. * Sense of urgency and attention to detail. * Positive attitude and passion for customer service. **Requirements:** * Flexible availability. * Basic knowledge of photographic camera operation and lighting equipment. * Ability to work under pressure and in dynamic environments. * Teamwork capability. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary. * Excellent work environment. * Opportunity for growth and development. * Experience at one of the city's most attractive tourist venues. **Schedule:** * **Morning Shift:** 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. * **Evening Shift:** + Sunday to Thursday: 2:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. + Friday and Saturday: 4:30 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. * 6 working days per week / 1 day off. **Salary:** $10,000 monthly net **Notes:** The position requires excellent presentation, service-oriented attitude, and enthusiasm for public interaction. **Location:** Lomas de Angelópolis, Puebla **CONTACT:** Lic.
