The position aims to coordinate HR processes and support the development of an efficient organizational structure aligned with the organization’s growth. **Responsibilities** * Lead the Human Resources department and coordinate the departmental team. * Supervise recruitment and selection processes across various organizational areas. * Coordinate hiring processes, contract preparation, employee onboarding and offboarding. * Implement and improve internal processes related to talent management. * Monitor HR department metrics and operational staffing needs. * Participate in resolving issues involving employees. * Promote organizational practices oriented toward order, communication, and teamwork. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. * Experience coordinating or leading work teams. * Knowledge of HR processes and personnel administration. * Leadership, negotiation, communication, and organizational skills. * Ability to structure processes and monitor personnel management.
