Implementation of loss prevention strategies ### **Important:** **The CV must be up-to-date and tailored to the requested requirements to be considered in the process.** ### **Job Description:** At DECASA, we seek a committed, strategic, and leadership-driven **Asset Manager**, responsible for safeguarding company assets through proper management of security and monitoring personnel, as well as implementation of effective loss prevention strategies. ### **Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate security and monitoring personnel. * Design and implement **loss prevention** strategies. * Ensure compliance with security processes and protocols. * Track incidents and develop corrective action plans. * Control and safeguard the company’s asset portfolio. * Collaborate with various departments to strengthen operational security. * Prepare risk reports and analyses. * Willingness to travel ### **Requirements:** * Experience in companies operating in the **transportation and logistics** sector. * Knowledge of asset security and risk control. * Experience managing personnel (security and monitoring). * Ability to implement loss prevention strategies. * Leadership, decision-making skills, and results-oriented mindset. * Individual with high ethical standards, integrity, and accountability. * Availability of time.
