Marketing of hydraulic products and customer retention Due to growth, IUSA is seeking: * **Salesperson – Hydraulic Specialist** A sales professional with solid technical training in hydraulic systems, focused on marketing components, equipment, and integrated solutions. Capable of providing technical consultation to customers, identifying specific needs, and offering efficient, reliable, and cost-effective solutions while maintaining long-term business relationships. **OWNING A 4-CYLINDER VEHICLE IS MANDATORY \*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*** **Responsibilities:** * Marketing of hydraulic products (pumps, valves, cylinders, hoses, fittings, hydraulic power units, piping, water tanks, etc.). * Technical consultation to customers regarding selection, application, and maintenance of hydraulic systems. * Identification of customer needs and preparation of technical-commercial proposals. * Interpretation of hydraulic schematics and technical specifications. * Follow-up on quotations, orders, and after-sales service. * Development and retention of customer portfolio. * Coordination with technical, engineering, and logistics departments. * Technical and commercial visits to customers. * Achievement of sales targets and margin goals. **Requirements:** * **OWNING A 4-CYLINDER VEHICLE IS MANDATORY \*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*** Solid knowledge in: * Hydraulic and hydrostatic systems * Pressure, flow rate, power, and component selection * Use of technical catalogs and data sheets * Experience in B2B technical sales * Knowledge of pneumatics and basic mechanics is desirable * Proficiency with IT tools (CRM, Excel, ERP) * Courses or training in industrial hydraulics * Minimum 2 years of experience in technical hydraulic sales * **OWNING A 4-CYLINDER VEHICLE IS MANDATORY \*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*** **We Offer:** * Base salary \+ variable bonus with guaranteed payout for the first 6 months. * Statutory benefits from day one. * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements from day one. * Growth opportunities. * Direct employment with the company. \+ Must reside in Puebla.
