**Job Opening: Credit Advisor \- Coronango** ------------------------------------------- ### **Location: Coronango, Pue.** Do you enjoy field sales, direct interaction with people, and earning based on your results? We are seeking a **Credit Advisor** with experience in door-to-door sales or pre-sales, who enjoys working on the road, has strong communication skills, and feels comfortable using digital tools. ### **What will be your mission?** Promote and place credit products in the field, acquire new customers, monitor and recover loan portfolios, and achieve commercial targets — always delivering close, clear, and professional service. ### **Working Hours** * **Monday to Friday:** 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. * **Saturdays:** 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. The role is **100% field-based**, evaluated primarily by **results**, not by time spent seated at a desk. Lunch break is flexible, taken during your work route. We seek a balance between productivity and a reasonable working day. ### **What will you do daily?** * Prospect clients via **door-to-door sales** and field visits. * Promote and place credit products. * Compile application files and verify information. * Monitor and recover loan portfolios. * Record transactions in **mobile apps and web platforms**. * Report progress and results to the **Branch Manager**. ### **What are we looking for in you?** * Experience in **door-to-door sales, pre-sales, or field sales**. * Intermediate **Office** proficiency (Word and Excel). * Familiarity with **smartphones, mobile apps, and web tools**. * Strong verbal communication skills and enthusiasm for sales. * Goal- and results-oriented mindset. * **Maximum age: 45 years** (due to the nature of the work). * **Gender: Open**. ### **What do we offer?** * **Gross monthly salary**, paid **biweekly**. * **Attractive commissions**, depending on your profile: + **Junior Advisor:** starting at **$800 per month** + **Senior Advisor:** up to **$8,400 per month** * **Statutory benefits from day one**. * Direct collaboration with a small team and individual focus (1 advisor per branch). * Immediate supervisor: **Branch Manager**. ### **Ideal for individuals who:** * Enjoy working outdoors and engaging directly with customers. * Prefer higher earnings based on performance. * Are well-organized and goal-driven. * Are not intimidated by technology.
