Requirements: * 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry. * 2 years of customer service experience. * 1 year of experience developing financing plans (preferred). * Valid driver's license (mandatory). * Effective communication and negotiation skills. * Customer orientation and ability to identify and meet customer needs. * Punctuality and responsibility in meeting established goals. * Ability to work in a team and collaborate with other departments. * Basic knowledge of different vehicle models and features. Responsibilities: * Attend to customers interested in purchasing vehicles. * Conduct promotional activations at various sales points and commercial plazas. * Effectively present and promote the company's products. * Perform vehicle demonstrations, highlighting their features and benefits. * Negotiate prices and sales terms with customers. * Follow up on sales and after-sales service, maintaining long-term customer relationships. * Coordinate with the financing department to offer payment solutions to customers. * Stay updated on the latest trends and innovations in the automotive market.
